We are thrilled to be partnering with Libbey Bartel of Open Palate Holistic Nutrition

 Libbey Bartel is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Therapist. She started her career in the medical field in 1997 and directed her focus to alternative/holistic medicine 10 years ago. Her experience ranges from whole family wellness, athletes, digestive ailments, autoimmune disorders and oncology. Libbey takes a functional medicine approach in her therapy, working to heal the whole body not just an isolated set of symptoms. She does not endorse one “diet”, but by using whole real foods, works to create a custom nutrition plan unique to each individual’s needs.
